E-Filing Service Counter
E-Filing service counters are now availabale at every LHDNM Branch Office to assist taxpayers nationwide.
Services provided at the e-Filing service counters includes free internet connection for online submission, e-Filing PIN registration and e-Borang assistance.
Please contact any LHDNM Branch Office to obtain further information about the operational hours and location details of the e-Filing service counter nearest to you.

E-Filing service counters at Pandan Indah Customer Service Centre.
E-Filing service counters at Pandan Indah Customer Service Centre are open on Mondays to Fridays from 8.30am to 5.30pm at:

E-mail Service
Please provide your full name, tax reference and telephone number when you contact us through e-mail.

 E-Filing PIN application via e-mail.
Kindly be informed that, all e-Filing PIN application through e-mail must be made not later than 07.04.2007. This is to ensure that your application is processed on time and the e-Filing PIN is sent to you before the tax form submission deadline.

All  e-Filing PIN application must be accompanied by the following details and document:

  1. Tax reference no.
  2. Current address
  3. Copy of MyKad (both sides) / Passport
  4. Telephone no.

Please e-mail your e-Filing PIN application to e_filing@hasil.org.my before 07.04.2007.

Any request for e-Filing PIN after 07.04.2007 must be sent directly to the nearest LHDNM Branch Office.

Peak Hours at LHDNM Customer Service Centre (1-300-88-3010)
Please be informed that our telephone service peak hours are from 10.30am to 12.30 pm and 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm daily. You may encounter some difficulties when contacting us during this period.
If you face difficulties when contacting our Customer Service Centre during the peak hours, please contact the nearest LHDNM  Branch Office  for assistance.
